This course will cover main dishes from Chinese, Thai and Vietnamese Cuisine.  Our chef draws upon her more than 20 years of experience to provide you with about 16 quick and easy recipes. You will find this class fun, informative and very tasty. Each dish comes with recipes for the appetizer, main dish and a dessert item.  We provide a shopping list and step-by-step instructions so you can reproduce the dish at home.

Vegetarianism is known to reduce illness and produce a milder temprament.  Any person who emphasizes spiritual cultivation in his or her life can benefit from a vegetarian lifestyle.
