Tai Chi Lessons at Xiang Yun Temple – Next Class Starts on Jan 15, 2012
Twenty years ago Jin Chiu started studying with Austin-based Tai Chi master Hillman Chow. In that time, he has studied 103 forms under the master, and a few years ago Chiu started teaching Yang style Tai Chi (or Taijichuan) at Hsiang Yun Temple.
Yang-style Taijichuan is very popular in China. The reason master Chiu likes to teach this particular style is for its gentle and graceful movements. The amount and length of the session is not only good for health but also for a calm and focused mind. It is convenient to practice, and suitable for a busy lifestyle.
Today, even with many available resources like videos and books to learn Taijichuan, master Chiu thinks that it is still better to have a good instructor to follow in the beginning.
If you would like to experience the good health and calm focused mind that you gain from studying Tai Chi, we would love to welcome you to our class. Check our class page to see the schedule of when we meet.
Enjoy learning Tai Chi and enjoy life.
New Class Starts on Jan 15, 2012 — See flyer for details.
