Wisdom lamp carries the meaning of loving-kindness and compassion, giving of light and brightening the world. Relying on the Buddha light which shines everywhere, the wisdom lamp fills the world with warmth, blessing, brightness and harmony.
Lamps offering to the Buddha will be available at this temple for anyone who wishes to accumulate merits. At 10:30am on Feb. 5, the temple will hold the Wisdom Lamp Disaster Eradicating Dharma service. By the merit of this lamp offering and Dharma service, may all devotees and their families enjoy peace and harmony, may all their wishes be fulfilled, may the society be prosperous and may the world be peaceful.
